My boyfriend and I were staying at the resort for a few days to celebrate our 5th anniversary. All the staff were outstanding and gave attentive service - Brent, Katie, and Ismael. They checked in with us regularly and we're so heart warmingly friendly. The food was so flavorful and cooked to perfection each time we went during our stay. Thank you so much guys!
Food here is exceptional and so is the restaurant and resort. Best views and vibes. They have summer and winter menus to my knowledge. The pork belly fried rice is our favorite. We hosted our wedding dinner here, all rave reviews from our guests. The short rib and the tenderloin were executed flawlessly. Desserts, appetizers, drinks - all delicious. I can’t say enough effusive things.
Incredible date night experience for us. The food is incredible, delicious flavor profiles, carefully assembled dishes and overall an amazing meal. The staff and especially our waiter, was outgoing and friendly, his recommendations were spot on. It’s an incredibly beautiful location, the ambiance was quite magical during Christmas time. We thank T. Cook’s for the wonderful experience!
Nothing to disappoint in this beautiful restaurant. If you’re looking for a casual atmosphere and an amazing dining experience (breakfast, lunch, dinner or just cocktails), look no further. This is old school Arizona at its best. Don’t expect a modern chain restaurant experience, those are fine, but this is something pleasantly different. Hotel room are a bit hit and miss, but if you are in the right frame of mind, you will appreciate the classic charm of the overall venue. Staff is wonderful here too.
I had such a lovely experience at TCooks in Phoenix! The atmosphere is warm and elegant without feeling stuffy, and the service was genuinely kind and attentive. The food was wonderful, but the standout for me was the Caesar salad — absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced. I could honestly come back just for that! Everything we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for a relaxing, high-quality dining experience.
Disappointed in the price fixe menu on Christmas Day. Here’s what we liked: the oyster/shrimp bar, the idea of a complimentary champagne toast at our arrival and our server, Israel. The lamb pops and nice salad they were served on, the prime rib and the duck breast all cooked as requested. What we didn’t like: the complimentary bubbles were sweet - didn’t drink it - the amuse bouche tasted like dessert (foreshadowing), the ravioli was sweet not savory, the porchetta was salty and the potatoes served with it had been heavily salted, instead of serving a side that would offset the salt. The desserts looked pretty on the outside but weren’t all that tasty. Worthy of a few bites and that’s it. For the price charged, we don’t think the meal was on par. We have dined here previous Holidays.
Excellent meal. One of my favorite places in the valley. The flavors and tenderness of the meats were spot on. We had short rid and the tenderloin.
T. Cook’s at Royal Palms blew me away. The short ribs were the best I’ve ever had — so tender and flavorful. I loved the focaccia with signature pesto, such a perfect start to the meal. The Maria’s chicken with risotto and the lamb chops were also absolutely delicious. Beautiful atmosphere and fantastic food all around!
